One of the biggest fitness events this fall took place this Sunday, October 30th in fitness club «Pride Fitness House» located on the second floor of the complex “Mandarin” in the street 51-Gerasimenko.
The complex has a number of advantages. Water and thermal zone complex “Mandarin” is a swimming pool (25 meters long) with waterfall imitations. There are two swimming pools for children, jacuzzi, ice water bath in the complex. Guests can relax in Russian, Mediterranean, Turkish and salt baths, admire the exotic birds in a tropical area and watch the golden carp swimming in the stylized pool. In aquabar menu located in the thermal-water area European cuisine, refreshing cocktails and delicious desserts are served. Visitors can sit at comfortable tables located in the area next to the bar.
On the second floor, which hosted the Convention in addition to the two well-equipped halls of fitness there is also a gym area of 640 square meters with modern equipment: power trainers of German brands GYM 80 and TESA, areas for cardio, stretching and a heavyweight zone for power lifting. There are all conditions for high-quality effective training, rehabilitation, and beautiful body shapes. On the floor are also rooms for functional and functional-strength training. The second biggest room on the 2nd floor – a hall for martial arts, which teaches Wushu Sanda, fighting, mixed martial arts, Thai boxing, self-defense. Training is conducted by the master of sports, experienced teachers, and titled sportsmen.
Next, there is a large Phytobar with “Fitness Place” working during the master classes of the Convention where Fizcult, Mr.Djemius ZERO, Isolife, Happiness is there, Coca-cola were offered as well as consultations with the experts in dietary service. It was also possible to familiarize with the equipment and accessories for fitness innovations at the stand of “Fitness Technology”. The area “Fitness Place” welcomed every visitor who could come to the gym, aqua zone, or accompanying a child going in for swimming.
